1. To formulate plan for educational exchange and cooperation between XCU and Hong Kong, Macao & Taiwan.
2. Be responsible for the procedure for overseas visit to Hong Kong, Macao & Taiwan.
3.To assist concerning department to invite experts from Hong Kong, Macao & Taiwan, and hold academic conference.
4. To assist the school to receive groups or persons from Hong Kong, Macao & Taiwan.
